The failure of essential heat exchanger equipment can bring industry to a standstill. As recognised by industry specialists in heat transfer applications, we have experienced provide a fast, reliable service that can cope with virtually any emergency. Typical response times a between 7 to 10 days from customer instruction to completion of project.

A full range of services are available to suit your individual needs from initial assessment and reporting, to pressure testing or cleaning services through to repair for retuning, re-blocking and re-manufacture. With the vast experience available we can either produce coils to customer drawings, or a pattern-supplied unit.

Any Configuration of finned heat exchangers can be manufactured, for example 3/8 of an inch, half-inch and five-eighths of an inch in all fin patterns currently available in the market place.

For industrial applications the scope of our capabilities includes steam and HPHW coils manufactured in either steel or copper. We are able to supply a range of materials for things, tubes and framework including copper nickels and nickel coppers.

We also have the in-house ability to produce custom-made plate work to meet in the individual customers' requirements. All sheet-metal materials can be produced including galvanised brass, aluminium and stainless-steel.

If site conditions do not allow us to repair the equipment in situ, then we can undertake removal of the unit for return to workshops in Gosport, Hampshire.
Here we have full facilities to repair them. In addition to the supply or repair we will, if required, undertake the removal of the old unit and the installation of the replacement.

Some larger coil units may be too big, or inaccessible for straight forward removal and replacement. In these circumstances equipment can be supplied as kits for our team of skilled engineers to assemble and install on site.
